Wild Food Spectacular
Based at the famous Fischers Baslow Hall Hotel in Derbyshire on October 4th - 5th Starts with a goumet 5 course meal including Derbyshire mushrooms,trout and venison (veggie options available)with watercress, elderberries etc. After dinner slide talk on foraging.Bed and first class breakfast then a forage in the Peak District on Wednesday morning before returning to the hotel for a light lunch.
