Patrick was a lecturer for the Institute of Continuing Education for Cambridge University for well over two decades.  His courses and lectures were a continuing source of enjoyment to a wide range of people from all age groups, backgrounds, and walks of life. His incredible commitment has been recognised on the Distinguished service board in Madingley Hall.
